  • Area : Total area of the Plantis 25,000 sq. ft. The area dedicated for gel manufacturing and storage is 10,000 sq. ft in RCC construction.
  • Water : Free availability of water from MIDC. Connected load of 150,000 liters per day.
  • Water Storage : Free availability of water from MIDS. Connected load of 150,000 liters per day.
  • Water Storage : Underground RCC tanks of 125,000 liters plus overhead RCC storage tank of 10,000 liters.
  • Water Treatment Facility : In house plant with a sand bed filter and micron filter to remove suspended matter up to 10 microns and a state-of-the-art Membrane Reverse Osmosis plant. Water used in all our processes complies with international Pharmacopeia standards.
  • Electricity : 200 KVA transformers connected to a high tension MSEB line with standby generator. Electric supply is normally uninterrupted.
  • Boiler : 600Kgs per hours. Non IBR Boiler in place.
  • Air Handling : The entire plants as controlled up to 5 micron (with positive pressure) size complying with I.P. requirements under Schedule M and USFDA norms for bulk manufacturing.
  • Chemical Testing Laboratory : Fully equipped house facility with internationally acceptable stability chambers complying with USFDA / WHO GMP requirements with minute by minute automatic recording of test parameters, temperature and humidity.
  • Instrumentation Laboratory : Completely equipped to testing our products as per international testing norms.
  • State-of-the-art Microbiological Lab : with horizontal autoclave with automatic data logging and display and lab environment conditions complying with USFDA requirements.
  • Tank Farm : Consisting of storage capacity of 120,000 liters constructed in PP+FRP required for chemical storage.
  • Effluent Treatment : Primary Effluent treatment plant is available with us to release effluent conforming to MPCB standards. We are associated with the common effluent treatment plant of Thane Belapur Industrial area, which handle secondary treatment.
